Tammy Allen

Tammy Allen, age 59, passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2024. She was born October 14, 1964 to the late Hugh and Sarah Lawrence. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her step-son, Brian Bell. 

Tammy was smart and funny with a witty sense of humor. She made friends easily and always enjoyed life to the fullest.

Those left to cherish her memories include her significant other, Clay Roark; best friend, Mark Bell; daughter, Josie; special friends, Brittany Phipps, Matt Phipps, Brian Shelton, Matt, Hattie, Chloe, and Larken Hartzog, Aiden Anderson, Madeline Shelton, Cindy and Lonnie Phipps, Allen and Trish Roark, Sheila and Danny Shook, Jane Price, and Natasha and Harper Roark.

A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at the Roark Family Cemetery on Ben Bolen Road in Creston, NC with Reverend Frank Rash to officiate. Pallbearers will be Allen Roark, Matt Hartzog, Matt Phipps, Aiden Anderson, Conner Clark, and Lonnie Phipps.

Flowers are welcome or memorial contributions may be made to Mountain City Funeral Home.
