Ludie Taylor

Ludie Merle Cox Taylor, age 93, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2025 at Mountain City Care & Rehab Center. Ludie was born January 2, 1932 to the late Roy Lee and Novella Cox. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Taylor, as well as her brothers and sisters.

Ludie adored her children and grandchildren. She was a go getter who could tackle anything. Ludie was a Christian and loved the Lord.

Those left to cherish her memories include her daughter, Janie West and husband D.J.; son, John Harvey Taylor and wife Connie; grandchildren, Michael Duff, Mark Duff, Jason West, Tanya West, Larry Taylor, and Natasha Taylor; many great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
