Judy Neff

Judy Neff, age 85, passed away December 31, 2024 at her home. She was born September 19, 1939 to the late Edward and Jane Persons. In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by the love of her life, George Neff, and her son, Kevin Neff.

It was said about Judy that she had an old hippie soul, which stuck with her family as a very true statement. As a young woman she lived in South Florida where she enjoyed that hippie lifestyle, spending time outdoors, boating, and fishing. Judy also liked riding horses. After facing situations in life where she was unable to do things for herself as a female, she later became a pioneer for all types of women’s rights. It was important to her that she instilled those values in her family and that the ladies in her life always be able to take care of themselves.

Those left to cherish her memories include her daughter, Kimberly Laws; grandchildren, Michael Laws (Summer), Brandon Street, Chasity Laws, and Katie Lieth (Ahren); great-grandchildren, Paityn Laws, Libby Laws, and Alexa Laws; special friends, Susan Kopacka, Chris and Brian Dempsey, and Sharlene Warren. 

It was Judy’s wish to be cremated and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
