JC “Bo” Wilson Jr.

JC “Bo” Wilson, age 60, of Mountain City, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at the Johnson City Medical Center. He was born on May 25, 1964 to the late JC Wilson and Lois Roberts Wilson. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter, Donna Hopson and son, Brad Dunn.

 Bo loved doing mechanic work on cars and being outdoors. He also enjoyed carpentry. Most of all Bo loved spending time with his family, especially Joyce, who was the love of his life.

 Those left to cherish his memories include his wife, Joyce Wilson; son, Brian Hopson; Daughter, Jacinda Triplett (John); sister, Nancy Bunting (Jim); brother, Mike Wilson (Linda); several grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Bo’s Best buddies his dogs Jake & Mutt.

 The family will receive friends from 2:30 p.m.-3:00 p.m. on Monday, July 22, 2024 at Mountain City Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Jimmy Holtsclaw to officiate. The graveside service will follow from the JC Wilson Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Matt Bunting, Dustin Bunting, David Stevens, David Stevens Jr., Jaycee Bunting, Josh Lawley, and Jeffery Wilcox. Honorary pallbearers are Hersel Stevens, Gary Forrester, and Cameron Hopson.
