Frances Jean Bunn

Frances Jean Bunn, age 49, of Mountain City, TN, passed away on Wednesday September 20, 2023 at her home. Frances was born on September 8, 1974 to Robert Harper and Carla Jean Harper.

Frances graduated from Johnson County High School and later became a LPN before going to work alongside her husband.

In addition to her parents, those left to cherish her memories include her husband and soulmate, Chris Bunn; son and stars, Stephen Bunn; sister, Amanda Harper; brother, Robert Lee Harper, Jr.; grandmothers, Frances Harper and Shelby Jean Roark; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; special friends, Steve Roark and lifelong friend, Kathy Roark, Kim Kleine, Judy Mahala, Sandy Brown, Malena Jones, Chris and Beth Morley and not to forget her 10 K-9 fur babies, Hurricane, Honey, Cyclone, Tornado, Avalanche, Earthquake, Typhoon, Tsunami, Aftershock, and Alaska.

The family will receive friends from11:00-12:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at Mountain City Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 12 p.m. with Bill Morefield officiating. The graveside service and burial will follow from Reece Memorial Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Chris Bunn, Stephen Bunn, Robert Lee Harper, Jr., Chris Morley, Bob Roark, and Ray Potter. Honorary pallbearers are Steve Roark and Teddy Morley.
