Faye Dugger

Faye Dugger, 74, passed away on Friday, August 7, 2020 at Mountain City Care Center. Faye was born in Carter County, TN on November 9, 1945 to the late Jacob and Eva Oliver. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Debbie Dugger in 2005. Although small in stature, Faye had a huge heart that was made of gold. To her there was nothing like the sound of laughter, and she always loved a good joke. Everyone that knew Faye could tell she was a very happy and friendly woman. She also had a special love for animals, especially her cats. Those left to cherish her memories include her husband, Harold Dugger; daughter, Donna Jones and husband Ben; son, Harold Dugger Jr; several sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
