Eulah Barr

Eulah Edwina Barr, age 80 of Damascus, VA, passed away January 11, 2025 at Johnston Memorial Hospital. She was born June 7, 1944 in Arlington, VA, to the late James and Eulah Lucas. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Scott Barr and son, James Howard Barr.

Those left to cherish her memories include her son, Jeff Scott Barr; grandchildren, Robert Barr, Thomas Barr, Kimberly Barr; great grandchildren, Brett Howell, Owen Barr, Brock Barr, Jesse Barr; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

A service will be held at a later date.

The family of Eulah Edwina Barr has entrusted her care to Mountain City Funeral Home, 224 S. Church Street, Mountain City, TN 37683.
