Blaine Stout

Blaine Stout, age 72 of Butler, TN, passed away February 19, 2025 at his home. Blaine was born January 12, 1953 to the late Dana and Virgie Stout. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his infant son, Davey Keith Stout; sister, Brenda Guinn and father-in-law, Jim Gentry.

Blaine loved to spend time with his loving wife and caregiver of 28 years, Judy, and his little companion, Willie. Blaine was a very loving and caring husband who will be missed deeply. Blaine was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church. He loved to go to yard sales, listen to country music and watch westerns and football games. He worked for Maymead for years until his health declined. He also loved the outdoors when he could go outside. No matter how bad he felt he still kept a smile on his face, even on his worst days.

Those left to cherish his memories include his wife, Judy Stout; children, Jimmy Stout and Becky Stout; brothers, Wayne Stout and Carroll Stout; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; mother-in-law, Geraldine Gentry; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 23, 2025 at Rock Springs Baptist Church Cemetery with Preacher Harvey White officiating. Pallbearers will be Vance Gentry, Arlen Sala, Wayne Johnson, Bub Gentry, Tyler Stanley, Sebastian Johnson, and Austin Sala.

The family would like to thank the home health nurses, Hope and Sandy and the Amedisys Hospice nurses for the care given to him. Also, a big thanks to all that called and checked on him during his illness.
