Barbara A. Medley

Barbara A. Medley, age 84, of Pine Orchard Rd., Butler, TN; went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday morning, December 28, 2024 at her home. Barbara was born October 6, 1940 in Elizabethton, TN to the late Roby Columbus Osborne and Eula Mae Mullins Osborne

Barbara has been a resident of Butler, TN and Kingsport, TN most of her life. She was a committed Christian and Loved Jesus with all her heart. Barbara was an accomplished Real Estate Broker for 50 years. She was a member of Higher Ground Baptist Church in Kingsport, TN; and attended Dyson Grove Baptist Church when her health allowed her.

 Those left to cherish her memories include her beloved husband of 65 years, Hank Medley; one daughter, Lisa Medley, one son, Randall Medley and wife Margaret, two grandchildren, Seth Medley and Mikayla Medley.

 The family will receive friends from 12:00-2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, at Dyson Grove Baptist Church. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Pastors Leonard Fletcher and Greg Poe officiating. The burial will follow at the Osborne Family Cemetery (1088 Pine Orchard Rd., Butler, TN). Pallbearers will be Tom Neri, Tom Snyder, Ray Jenkins, Seth Medley, Thomas Icenhour and Marshal Edwards. Honorary pallbearers are Bob Snyder and Barry Pleasant.

 Memorials may be made to the American Kidney Society or Autism Society.
