Robert Earl Taylor Robert Earl Taylor, age 67, of Mountain City, TN passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2010 at Johnson City Medical Center. Robert was born June 4, 1942 in Johnson County, Tennessee to the late Ray and Irene Woods Taylor. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Dulcie Lou Taylor. Robert enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He was of the Christian faith. Survivors include one daughter, Elizabeth Davis; sons: Bobby Taylor & wife Melissa, Larry Taylor and Eddie Taylor & wife Cristy, all of Mountain City, Tennessee; sisters: Judy Miller of North Carolina, Edna Crosswhite and husband Charles of Mountain City, Tennessee; three brothers: Bill Taylor of Alvarado, Virginia, Richard Taylor and Daniel Taylor; grandchildren: Kristy Squires, Kelly McCauley, Brayden Taylor; step grandchild, Kolby Clark; great grandchildren: Maggie, Natalie, Marley and Alexis; several nieces and nephews and many, many special friends. The family will receive friends from 6-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at Mountain City Funeral Home with the memorial service to follow at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Gary Bowman officiating.
