Frances Virginia Kiner Frances Virginia Kiner, age 90, of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away on February 20, 2010 at Mountain City Care Center. Mrs. Kiner was born May 11, 1919 to the late Joseph and Sarah Harpen Sherman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jennings Kiner in 2007. Survivors include her daughter, Judy Ann Holman of Mountain City and son, James K. Kiner of Damascus, VA. The service for Mrs. Kiner will be conducted at Connelly Funeral Home, Essex, MD with the interment to follow in Meadowridge Cemetery, Elkridge, MD.
