Theresa 'Tessa' Robbins

Theresa Tessa' Robbins Theresa Tessa' Robbins, age 53, of Mountain City TN, passed away, Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at her residence. Tesssa was born on August 29, 1956 in North Carolina to the late John Robbins and Lucy Wilson Stout and was a lifelong residence of Tennessee. She was preceded in death by two sisters: Sandra Robbins and Beverly Stout; one brother, Freddie Stout and her maternal grandparents, Russell and Inez Miller. Tessa enjoyed being outside and working in her garden. She was a counselor at Northeast Correctional Complex and was a member of Clinton Presbyterian Church. Tessa is survived by two brothers: Kevin Stout and wife April of Mountain City, Tennessee and Donald Stout and wife Rosa of Bay City, Michigan. Several nieces, nephews and many special friends also survive. The family received friends from 3-4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 23, 2010 from the Mountain City Funeral Home. A memorial service followed at 4:00 p.m. with Maurice Widener, Minister officiating. Music was under the direction of Mr. Kerry Gentry.
