Peggy Ann Sheets Peggy Ann Sheets, age 65, of Dallas, Georgia, passed away on Monday, May 24, 2010 at the Wellstar Cobb Hospital of Austell, Georgia. She was born on May 30, 1944 in Mountain City, Tennessee to the late John & Mollie Heaton Horne. In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by a sister, Sharon Huskins and two brothers: Edward Horne and Barton Horne. Peggy was a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church of Mountain City, Tennessee. She was a homemaker. Peggy is survived by her husband of 45 years, Charles B. Sheets; sons & daughters-in-law: Charles E. & Lisa Sheets of Bremen, GA and Steven & Jennifer Sheets of Dallas, GA; brothers & sisters-in-law: Junior & Wanda Horne of Aberdeen, MD and David & Myrtle Horne of Elkins, NC; sisters & brothers-in-law: Frances & Jay Baynard of Morganton, NC, Mary Smawly of Morganton, NC, and Carolyn & R. C. Woods of Mountain City, TN; grandson, Ben Sheets; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 27, 2010 from the Mountain City Funeral Home with the service following at 8:00 p.m. with Rev. Frank Woods and Rev. Billy Jones to officiate. Music will be provided by Carolyn Woods and Jerry Horne. Graveside Services and Interment will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 28, 2010 from the Phillippi Cemetery. Active Pallbearers will be: Michael James, Jerry Horne, Gary Horne, Scott Woods, Denny Price and Larry Barry.
