Dale Campbell Dale Campbell, age 76 of Mountain City, passed away on Monday, June 28, 2010 at Johnson City Medical Center. Dale was born June 7, 1934 in Elizabethton to the late Arthur D. Campbell and Stella P. Saunders Campbell. He was an Oregon State Police Officer for 30 years. He moved back to Johnson County in 1992 and had operated the E. & E. Barber Shop since returning. Dale was a member of the First Christian Church. In addition to his parents, Dale was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Lou Hampton and a brother, Bobby Campbell. Dale is survived by his wife of 20 years, Coralee E. Campbell; daughters, Melanie Campbell of Newark, Delaware, Virginia Campbell of Texas and Debbie Dickenson of Pennsylvania; sons, Roger D. Skip' Campbell of Dayton, Ohio, Monty Hale Campbell of Galena Park, MD, Arthur Delaney Campbell of Elkton, MD, Brian Lloyd Campbell of Oxford, PA and Terry Dale Campbell of Mountain City; sister, Virginia Pearl Webb of Elkton, MD; brother, Joseph Paul Campbell of Rising Sun, MD; fourteen grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and all his special friends, the old men, the Pork Chops and the T-bones that came to his shop. A private graveside service will be conducted at Phillippi Cemetery with Dwayne Dickson, Minister officiating. The family will receive friends at the home, 722 N, Church Street, Mountain City. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to Tennessee Highway Patrol Retired Officers Assoc., P. O. Box 437, Hermitage, TN 37076-0437.
