Mr. Fred Oliver Mr. Fred Oliver, age 85, of Creston, North Carolina, passed away on Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at the Mountain City Care Center. Mr. Oliver is survived by tow sons: Charlie Oliver and Kenneth Oliver; one daughter, Jane Head; one brother, Ned Oliver, all of Mountain City, Tennessee and one sister, Ina Mae Oliver of Creston, North Carolina. Several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 5, 2010 from 6-8:00 p.m. at Big Laurel Church of Christ with the funeral service to follow at 8:00 p.m. with Rev. Darrell Graybeal officiating.
