From: Green Construction, Inc., 525, George Wilson Road, Boone, North Carolina 28607 To Our Valued Friends, Customers and Subcontractors It is with a great deal of sadness that I pen this letter to you. On Monday afternoon, November 22, 2010, we lost a real friend and valued employee. Barry Cook was on vacation this week. He was helping a friend as we understand, who is the sister of another of our employees is, and both were killed. I am sure this comes as much a shock to you as it did to us and his family. Barry was a true friend and always open to helping anyone. Most recently, he has been working on Grandfather Mountain Top Shop, Cooper residence, the H project, and many others that we are involved with. He was always learning, looking to serve and help others along the way. He will be greatly missed by all in the days to come as we truly realize the impact he made on each of us and the projects entrusted to him. We would ask that you keep his family in your thoughts and prayers during these days of questions, bereavement and adjustment. He leaves behind a 17 year old son, along with his former wife father. We would ask that you bear with us during this transition time as others try to fill his shoes in different projects that Barry was involved with. We will do our best not to let anyone down, be we are also in the grieving process. We have lost more than an employee and our own grieving will take time. In Remembrance: Skip' G.
