Blake Stanley

Jeffery Blake Stanley, age 48, of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2011. He was born on March 15, 1962 to June Dickens Stanley of Mountain City, Tennessee and the late Howard Eugene Stanley. Blake was a member of Ackerson Creek Christian Church. In addition to his mother, June Stanley, Blake is survived by one son, Jeffery Stanley, three sisters: Kathy Miller and husband Johnny; Dorothy Johnson and husband Monroe and Jane Fink; one brother, Jimmy Stanley; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. The family will receive friends from 2-3:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 30, 2011 at Mountain City Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 3:00 p.m. with Mr. Bill Reece to officiate. Graveside Service and Interment will follow at the Stanley Cemetery. Active Pallbearers will be: Johnny Miller, Larry Woodward, Eddie Taylor, Bobby Taylor, Monroe Johnson, Bart Stanley, Shawn Forrester. Honorary Pallbearers are: Paul Johnson, Travis Forrester, Jimmy Stanley Jr., Jerry Stanley, Lewis McElyea, Ira Dickens, Shot Dickens and Tim Furches. At other times, the family will receive friends at the home, 512 Redbrush Road, Mountain City, TN 37683.
