April Greenwell

April Carol Shoun Greenwell, age 39, of Greggs Branch Rd., Butler, passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2011. She was born August 27, 1971 in Carter County to Judy Laws Shoun and the late Carl Edward Shoun. April was also preceded in death by her husband Ronnie Joe Greenwell. In addition to her mother Judy Laws Shoun of Butler, she is survived by two daughters, Lacey Greenwell and Savannah Greenwell of Butler; three sons, Cody Greenwell, Chad Greenwell and Zackary Greenwell of Butler; two sisters Brandy Shoun and Kimberly Shoun, both of Elizabethton; sisters-in-law Sue Ward, Gloria Greenwell, Linda Hatley & husband Harold, Charlene Clawson & husband Marvin and Beth Smith; brother-in-law Marty Greenwell; maternal grandmother, Tressie Holden of Hampton, several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at Mountain City Funeral Home with the service to follow at 8:00 pm. The committal service and interment will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 2nd in the Julius Dugger Cemetery. At other times, the family will receive friends at the residence, 1040 Greggs Branch Rd., Butler, Tennessee 37640.
