Cecil C. Gephart

Cecil C. Gephart, age 79, of Mountain City, Tennessee, went home to be with his Lord on Friday, March 4, 2011. He was born on March 26, 1931 to the late Clarence and Isophine Showers Gephart. In addition to his parents, Cecil was preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy Lou Gephart. He loved to go fishing, tinker' on junk and fix various things. Cecil is survived by his wife of 58 years Millard Jones Gephart; daughter, Dottie Lewis of Mountain City, TN; sister, Ethel Mohn of PA; brother, Floyd Gephart of PA; grandchildren: Cecil James Lewis of Mountain City, TN and Harold Lewis Jr. and wife Jennifer Marie of PA; great grandchild, Susie Marie Lewis; several nieces and nephews and many special neighbors and friends. The family will receive friends from 12-2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at Mountain City Funeral Home with the Graveside Service and Interment to follow from the Bakers Gap Cemetery. At other times, the family will receive friends at the home of Cecil's daughter, Dottie Lewis, 621 Arnoldtown Road, Mountain City, TN 37683. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Johnson County Sheriff's Department, Johnson County Rescue Squad and EMS, our neighbors, mail man, Brandon Roberts, Danny Cullop and Staff of Mountain City Funeral Home for all of their kindness and love given to our family during this difficult time.
