Bernest M. Trivette

Bernest Martin "Wease" Trivette, age 74, of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2011 at his residence. He was born October 3, 1936 to the late James Russell Trivette and Estie Grace Gentry Trivette Bailey. Bernest retired as Maintenance Manager for the State of Tennessee Northeast Correctional Complex. He liked horses and was a faithful member of Locust Gap Freewill Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Justin Eugene Trivette, Ernest Barton Trivette and Ralph Trivette. He is survived by his daughters, Nancy Susan Giarrusso and husband Angelo of Butler and Esta Lynn Farmer & husband Carliss of State Road, NC; son, Bernest Martin "Marty" Trivette Jr. and wife Sharon of Butler; grandchildren, Joshua Daniel Trivette, Zachery Martin Trivette, Carl Michael Farmer, Katrina Grace Childers, Malina Michela Giarrusso and Antonio Giarrusso; sisters, Eva Sue Shupe of Mountain City and Norma Jean Hall and husband Mike of Smithville, OH; brother, James E. Trivette and wife Inez of Orville, OH; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at Mountain City Funeral Home with the service to follow at 7:00 with Pastor Shannon Courtner and Rev. Teddy Lewis officiating. Pallbearers will be Joshua Trivette, Antonio Giarrusso, Carl Farmer, Mike Trivette, Chad Guinn and Terry Thompson. Honorary pallbearer will be Zachary Trivette. The committal service and interment will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 30th from the Phillippi Cemetery. Friends may also call at the home, 3128 Highway 421 N, Mountain City, TN.
