Mary Jean Todd

On April 8, 2011 at 11:30 p.m., Mary Jean Todd, age 84, of Mountain City, TN and formerly of Vero Beach, FL, left to be with her husband, mother, father, brother and daughter. She passed peacefully at home with her daughter and granddaughter at her side. She will always be remembered as a kind and loving soul, who never met a stranger that didn't admire her honest and caring ways. We know that those who have her now are as happy as we are sad to lose her. And so goes the "great circle of life." She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Claire Michael; her father, Claude Stephen Michael; her brother, Claude Stephen Michael, Jr.; her husband, Harrison Rodger Todd and her daughter, Maureen Galloway. She is survived by her brother, Robert Patrick Michael of Vero Beach, FL; two daughters, Carrol Todd and Barbara Freyermuth, both of Mountain City; son, Steven Harrison Todd of Davie, FL; eight grandchildren, Carri Henry, Carl Todd, Christopher Todd, Colleen Galloway, Derek Todd, Edward Galloway, Kathleen Young, Patrick Todd and eight great grandchildren.
