Vickie Lee Drury

Vickie Lee Drury, age 55, of Butler, Tennessee, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on November 1, 1955 to Preston Lee Case Sr. and Emma Sue Bonham Myers. She loved crafts and collected china teacups and saucers. Vickie was a member of Cobbs Creek Baptist Church. She is survived by her mother, Sue Myers and husband Kenneth; her father, Preston Lee Case Sr. of Butler, TN; daughter, Genesis Dishman; son, Kaleb Dishman, all of Butler, TN; sister, Sue Dickens of Johnson City, TN; brothers: Preston Case Jr. and wife Darla of Nebraska and Alan Case of PA; maternal grandmother, Clara Mutchie, Elizabethton, TN; special nieces: Cristal Roush and Tiffany Dishman both of Iowa; special friend, Ruby Woodard and several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. Friday, June 24, 2011 at Cobbs Creek Baptist Church with Pastor Alan Koch to officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Vickie's children, c/o Sue Myers, 3570 Sink Valley Road, Butler, TN 37640.
