Earleen Bumgardner

Earleen Bumgardner, age 77, of Trade, Tennessee, went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, August 7, 2011 at her residence. She was born on March 30, 1934 to the late Elza and Hazel Wilson Phipps. In addition to her parents, Earleen was preceded in death by sisters: Georgia Thomas, Mary Wells and Sue Phipps and brothers: Bob Phipps, Mack Phipps, Clay Phipps and Clyde Phipps. She was a member of Evergreen Baptist Church. Earleen is survived by her husband, Earl Bumgardner; daughter, Elizabeth Ann Bumgardner; granddaughter that Earleen raised as a daughter, Bobbie Bumgardner Dickens; sons and daughters-in-law: David and Debbie Bumgardner, Joseph Jody' and Tess Bumgardner, Rick and Linda Bumgardner and Gary Bumgardner; sister, Jean Stout; brother, Howard Hoover' Phipps; fourteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and Buddy, Earleen's special granddog. Graveside Service and Interment will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 11, 2011 at Trade United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Tony Potter and Rev. Derick Wilson to officiate. Active Pallbearers will be: Jonathan Bumgardner, Daniel Dickens, Josh Bumgardner, Lee Dickens, Timmy Bumgardner, Jordan Bumgardner and Dakota Bumgarder. Honorary Pallbearers are: Walter Wilson, Jack Arnold and Joe Wilson. Memorials may be made to Earl Bumgardner, 110 Wells Road, Trade, TN 37691.
