David Phillip Morgan

David P. Morgan, age 61, of Trade, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, August 27, 2011 at his residence. David was born on January 25, 1950 in Pennsylvania to the late Richmon Morgan and Anna Marie Jones Tyler. David loved the outdoors, especially going fishing, hunting and trapping. He had a very funny disposition and great sense of humor. David was a very loving and supporting husband and was kind to everyone he knew or ever met. He is survived by his wife, Robin A. Morgan; sister and brother-in-law, Etta Ann and Lawrence Zimmerman of Mechanicsburg, PA; brother-in-law, Robert and Deborah Goss and their son, Rob, all of Florence, NJ; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Robert and V. Arlene Goss; two nieces: Sonya and Nadine; two special cousins: Ed and Carl and special pet dog, Dustin. The family will receive friends from 3:30-4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at Mountain City Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 4:30 p.m. with Chris Morefield, Minister, to officiate. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Heart Association, 1106 W. Market Street, Johnson City, TN 37604 or to the Phillippi Cemetery, c/o Dinah Coverdale, 264 West Holly Hill Road, Mountain City, TN 37683, where David will be laid to rest.
