Homer Weaver

Mr. Homer Lindell Weaver, age 81, of Jefferson died Thursday night at Segraves Nursing Care Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday at Boone Family Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Lindsay McGrady officiating. Burial will follow in the Ashelawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery with military rights. The family will receive friends at 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM on Monday, prior to the funeral service. Mr. Weaver is survived by two brothers; Mark Weaver of Landenberg, PA, and Conley Weaver of Mountain City, TN; and two sisters, Winnie Jean Greer and Jewel Weaver both of Jefferson, NC. Several nieces and nephews also survive. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Gideons, P.O. Box 993, West Jefferson, NC. 28694.
