Frances Wilson Hutto, age 65, of Laurel Bloomery, Tennessee, went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at the Johnson City Medical Center. She was born on February 8, 1946 to the late George Francis Hall and Barbara Rose Springer Hall. In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by two sons: Douglas Wayne Hutto and Michael Edwin Hutto and one sister, Doris Dolly' Morefield. Frances was a member of the American Legion Women's Auxiliary Post 61, where she was the chairman of the Poppy Committee. She was an honorary member of the Johnson County Honor Guard. Frances was a member of the Stateline Baptist Church, where she served as the WMU President and sang in the church choir. She is survived by her husband, Ralph Hutto; daughters and sons-in-law: Lynne Wilson Estes and husband Glen of Butler, TN and Lisa Woodard and husband Gary of Mountain City, TN; son and daughter-in-law, Glenn E. Wilson Jr. and wife Judy of Damascus, VA; sisters: Betty Blevins of Coatesville, PA, Dorothy Chirez of Coatesville, PA and Barbara Christman of Delaware; grandchildren: Jeremy, Daniel and Dustin Greene; Nicole and Megan Wilson; Gary Woodard II, Andrian and Anthony Hall and Adam Sweat; great grandchildren: Colton, Savannah, Hope, Parker, Brooke, Joseph, BrieAnna and Sawyer Blake; several nieces and nephews and many, many special friends. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 26, 2011 at Stateline Baptist Church with the funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Michael Icenhour, Rev. Billy Morefield and Rev. Ted Lewis to officiate. Music will be provided by Mr. Kerry Gentry and Rev. Dwayne Dillard and wife Amanda Dillard. Graveside Service and Interment will follow from the Stateline Cemetery. Pallbearers will be the Johnson County Honor Guard. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Poppy Fund, Johnson County Veterans Affairs Office, 211 N. Church Street, Mountain City, TN 37683. At other times, the family will receive friends at the home, 3592 Sugar Creek Road, Laurel Bloomery, TN 37680. Condolences may be sent through our website at www.mountaincityfh.com.
