Johnny Lee Bowman Johnny Lee Bowman, age 69, of Bristol, Virginia, passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at the Bristol Regional Medical Center. A native of Bristol, Johnny was born on October 20, 1942 to the late Robert Lee Bowman and Nancy Jane Ford Bowman. He was a United States Army Veteran. Johnny is survived by his wife, Lucindy Bowman; step-father, Buddy Moles; children: Benita Julia Barr and husband John; Johnny L. Bowman Jr. and wife Colleen; three grandchildren: C.J., Riley and Raelin; step-children: David Brian Leonard, Wendy Jarvis and Nichole Jarvis; brother, Wayne Bowman and wife Brenda; several cousins and many friends. Graveside Service and Interment with Military Honors will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 28, 2011 at Mountain Home National Cemetery, Mountain Home (Johnson City), Tennessee with Pastor Sam Haynes to officiate.
