Nathan Guy Dugger, age 51, of Butler, Tennessee, passed away at home on Monday, June 4, 2012. He was born on February 9, 1961 to the late Doag and Phyllis Watson Dugger. In addition to his parents, Nathan was preceded in death by a brother, Randy Dugger and a grandson, Caleb Dugger. Nathan loved the outdoors and enjoyed going fishing and spending time at the lake. More than anything, he loved spending time and spoiling his grandchildren. Nathan was a member of Butler Baptist Church. He is survived by his fiancé, Georgia Dronet; daughter, Brandy Dugger; sons: Daniel Dugger and wife Jennifer and Amos Dugger and fiancé, Brittany Nidiffer; sisters and brothers-in-law: Judy and Jerry Miller and Brenda and Monte Pierce; brothers: Harvey Dugger and Michael Dugger; grandchildren: Cobi Synderguard, Jasmine Dugger (due to arrive in August), Dalton Dugger, Ethan Dugger, Nathaniel Dugger (due to arrive in July), Cody Dugger, Tayla Dugger, Shelby Mahoney and Savannah Mahoney; step grandchildren: Kaitlyn Dronet, Alexis Tressler, Christopher Tressler, Isabella Weaver, Jaylan Weaver and Daegan Weaver; special friends: Kenny Miller and Jimmy Parker; special cousin, Alfred Dugger and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. on Friday, June 8, 2012 at Mountain City Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 8:00 p.m. with Pastor Sam Icenhour to officiate. Graveside Service and Interment will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 9, 2012 at Bakers Gap Cemetery. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the family in c/o Mountain City Funeral Home, 224 S. Church Street, Mountain City, TN 37683.
