James Douglas Moran

James Douglas Moran, age 85, of Laurel Bloomery, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, June 14, 2012 following an extended illness. He was born on May 22, 1927 in Valliant, Oklahoma to the late Arthur C. and Nona Wilhite Moran. James was a United States Navy Veteran having honorable served as a Medic. Graveside Service and Military Honors will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 16, 2012 at the Reece Memorial Cemetery (Liberty Church Road) with Pastor Michael Icenhour officiating. Military Honors will be conducted by the Johnson County Honor Guard. At other times, the family will receive friends at the home, 1313 Sugar Creek Road, Laurel Bloomery, TN 37680.
