William L. 'Bill' Jackson

William L. "Bill" Jackson, age 56, of Trade, Tennessee went home to be with his Lord on Saturday, July 14, 2012 at his residence. He was born on January 30, 1956 in Brenerhaven, Germany to Mary Shreve Jackson and the late William Jackson. Bill enjoyed motorcycles, fishing, the beach and video games. William was a United States Navy Veteran. William is survived by his wife, Cynthia Yandle Jackson; mother, Mary Jackson of Carrollton, GA; daughter, Jennifer Jackson of Leland NC; sister, Karen Linney of Carrollton, GA step-daughter, Amanda Ann Cantrell of Laurel Bloomery, TN; step-son, James Michael Cantrell, Jr. and wife Kelly of Wilmington, NC; grandchildren, Cori Ann Thornton, Jacob Cantrell, Joseph Michael Adkins, Sarah Ann Brown and Christian Aldina Thomas; great-granddaughter, Athena Rose Adkins; nephews, Jack and Jason Linney and many special friends. A Memorial Service for will be conducted at 1:43 p.m. Saturday, July 21, 2012 at Mountain City Funeral Home with Rev. Broadus Heatherly to officiate and with Military Honors to be accorded by the Johnson County Honor Guard. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until 1:43 p.m. prior to service.
