Aiden Blaine Ward, infant son of Starlyn Porter and Tommy Ward, Jr. of Mountain City, passed away on Friday, August 03, 2012 at the Johnson County Community Hospital. Baby Aiden Blaine Ward was preceded in death by maternal great-great grandparents, Bill and Ruth Price; paternal great-great grandfather, Blaine Ward, and Estel and Nellie Lipford; maternal great grandparents, Carolee and John Porter; paternal great grandmother, Barbara Johnson; maternal grandfather, Bill Porter; great uncle, Mark Courtner; an uncle, Jackie Porter; and a cousin, Tina Snow. Survivors in addition to his parents, include maternal great-great grandparents Eddie and Mattie Cross; paternal great-great grandparents, Lynn and Carlene Courtner; maternal great grandmother, Carolyn Porter; maternal grandparents, Donna Porter, Jesse McCoy, and Steven Cross; paternal grandparents, William "Ned" Snow and Jackie Lynn Snow; great aunt, Tammy Rhom, great uncles, Rick Courtner, Chris Courtner, and William Courtner; aunt Miranda Porter; Uncles, Mark Blaine Ward, and Ben Porter; great niece, Amanda Hightower; great nephew, Shane Hightower; special friends, Josh and Heather Hicks, Zachary Benett, Craig Reece, and Jesse McCoy. Also a number of special friends and family members are surviving. Graveside service and interment will be conducted on Monday, August 6, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. from the Sunset Memorial Park with Rev. Gary Hill to officiate. Honorary Pallbearers will be Rick Courtner, Shane Hightower, Ben Porter, Todd Cross, Mark Ward, Lonnie Rhom, Anthony Porter, Jesse McCoy, Lynn Courtner, Anthony Porter and wife, Sandra, William Porter and wife Angel, and William Courtner.
