James Ray Eggers, age 39, of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, November 1, 2012. He was born on January 28, 1973 to Barbara June Martin and Norman Ray Eggers. James loved cars, especially racing. He also enjoyed mini horses. In addition to his parents, James is survived by his fiancé, Karrie Kilby; stepsons: Timothy Sanders and Kenneth Parks; brother, Bobby Ray Eggers; several nieces and nephews and many special friends. * DUE TO A FAMILY MEDICAL EMERGENCY THE FUNERAL SEVICE WAS CHANGED FROM SUNDAY TO MONDAY* The funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Monday, November 5, 2012 from the Mountain City Funeral Home with Mr. Daniel Jones to officiate. Visitation was held from 6-7:00 p.m. on Sunday November 4, 2012. Graveside Service and Interment will follow the funeral service Monday, November 5, 2012 from the Phillippi Cemetery.
