Nola Reece

Nola Reece, age 78, of Trade, TN. went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 11, 2012 in the Mountain City Care Center following a lengthy illness. She was born on March 3, 1934, in West Virginia to the late Paris Lawson and Thelma Lilly Lawson. In addition to her parents, Nola was preceded in death by a sister: JoAnn McKinney and a brother: Doug Lawson. Nola enjoyed shopping, fishing, and to pic-nic with family and friends. She was a member of Centerview Church of Christ. She is survived by a husband E.J. Reece; son: Johnny Miller and wife Kathy of Mountain City; sisters; Ruth Lawson and Billie McKinney: brothers; Alve Lawson and Nink Lawson: grandchildren: Jay Miller and wife Meliea, Johnny Ray Miller, Nicki Miller, Heather Mann and husband Derek and Mindy Forrester and husband Shawn; eight great grandchildren: and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 1:30 until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 13 , 2012 at Mountain City Funeral Home Chapel with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m.,with Minister Bart Wynegar to officiate. Graveside Service and Interment will follow from the Reece Family Cemetery located on the Family property. Pallbearers will be: Rick Curd, Marshall Moser, Barry Reece, Steve Reece, Shawn Forrester and Jeff Price.
