Jackie Earl Wallace

Jackie Earl Wallace, age 79, of Shady Valley, Tennessee, went to be with his Mom and Dad on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at the Johnson City Medical Center. He was born on October 17, 1933 to the late Arthur Alexander Wallace and Grace Helen Eller Wallace. In addition to his parents, Jackie was preceded in death by brothers-in-law: Delmar Main and Johnny Watson; a sister-in-law, Lorraine Wallace and a niece, Joann Main. Jackie was an avid outdoorsman and especially enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed working and raising a garden. Jackie was a member of Crandull Church of Christ. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Annie Ruth Wallace; daughter, Lorie Wallace and fiance Robert Adams; sons and daughters-in-law: Ricky and Evelyn Wallace, Terry Wallace and fiance Jackie Coffey, Timothy and Peggy Wallace, James Gary and Norma Wallace and Jackie P. and Stacie Wallace; sisters and brothers-in-law: Shirley Main, Betty Sue and Herman Watson, Katie and John Cornett and Judy Watson; brothers and sisters-in-law: Odell and Sue Wallace, Bill Wallace, Ted and Brenda Wallace, Jim Wallace, Dan Wallace and friend Mary Alice Adamson; grandchildren: Neil Wallace, Shannon Robinson, Scotty Wallace and wife Christy, Daniel Mullins and wife Eva, David Mullins and friend Sylvia McCranie, Megan Osborne and fiance Mitch Stout, Terry Dakota Wallace; great grandchildren: Gabriel Stout, Andrew Robinson, Adilee Stout and Baby Stout, who is yet to be born, Christopher Wallace, Jacquelyn Wallace, Jasmine Wallace, Matthew Wallace, Daniel Wallace, Shania Osborne, Christopher Price, Raven Mullins, Stephanie Mullins and David Wayne Mullins Jr.; great great grandchild, Nataleigh Wallace; several cousins, nieces and nephews; aunt, Gladys Rasnick; uncles: Jim Eller and Herman Eller; and special friend Bryce McCoy and many other special friends. A Memorial Service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, April 6, 2013 at the Mountain City Funeral Home with J.E. Stanley and Harold Morefield officiating. The family will receive friends from 2-3:00 p.m. on Saturday, prior to the service.
