Mary Lee Woods Mary Lee Woods, age 82, of Mountain City, went to be with Lord Sunday, May 26, 2013 at her residence. Mary was born March 18, 1931 in Johnson County to the late Andy Dyson, Sr. and Cora Lee Forrester Dyson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Ralph Woods; son, Harold J. Woods; sisters, Ruth Rhymer, Pauline Guy, Ruby Woods, Kitty Phillips and Shirley Blevins; brother, Charlie Dyson. Mary enjoyed reading, quilting and attending her church, First Baptist Church. Survivors include her son, Ralph Eddie Woods and wife Pam of Mountain City; sister, Katherine Dyson of Mountain City; brother, Andy Dyson, Jr. and wife Helen of Mountain City; sister-in-law, Lucy Dyson of Mountain City and brother-in-law, Bill Blevins of Damascus VA; grandchildren, Mike Baker and wife Stephanie of Hagerstown, MD, Nikki Welch and husband David of Owings Springs, MD, Chris Woods of Rockville, MD, Thomas Godsey and wife Karey of Austin, TX, Bob Godsey and fiancé Suzy Zavala of Austin, TX and Meredith Woods of Austin TX; great grandchildren, Aubrey Baker, Ellie and Mason Welch, Keegan and Cooper Godsey; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at Mountain City Funeral Home, with funeral service to follow 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Ricky Campbell to officiate. Graveside service and interment will follow from the Donnelly Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Bobby Dyson, Earl Rhymer, Burl Rhymer, Charles Dyson, Bud McComas and George Ashley In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, 421 West Main St., Mountain City, TN 37683 of Johnson County Rescue Squad 203 Vandilla St., Mountain City, TN 37683.
