Ricky Len Price

Ricky Len Price, age 45, of Mountain City, passed away on Monday, June 17, 2013 at his residence. He was born on February 2, 1968 in Banner Elk, North Carolina to IvaLea Wallace Stout and the late Ernest Lee Price. In addition to his father, Ricky was preceded in death by a little brother, William Ray Price; his step-father, Farris Stout; mother-in-law, Georgeanne Snyder; maternal grandmother and grandfather, Beulah and Harley Buck' Wallace. Ricky was a former Volunteer Fire Fighter. He loved to work on electronics and cars and enjoyed his animals. In addition to his mother, IvaLea Price Stout, Ricky is survived by his wife, Denine Price; daughter, Ashley Price and fiancé, Lee Farley of Mountain City, TN; step-daughter, Melissa Otto Jury and husband Chris Jury of Asheville, NC; step sons: William Billy' Otto and wife Samantha and Derek Otto and fiancé, Katrina Faulks, all of NJ; sister, Pam Price of Mountain City, TN; step-sister, Linda Miller of Beaverdam, NC; brothers: Steven Price of Laurel Bloomery, TN; Mike Price of Trade; step brothers: Allen Stout and Paul Stout, both of Beaverdam, NC; grandchildren: Gabriella Otto, Michael Otto; father-in-law, James Snyder and wife Doris; aunts: Patsy Roark, Betty Eldreth, Mary Lewis, all of Mountain City, TN; niece, Shyann Price; nephews: Tony Price, Brad Price; great nephew, Nate Price; sister-in-law, Sandra Price; special friends: Mark Wilson, Bobby Michael, Eric Roark, Wes Garland and Mary Greene; many more special family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. on Friday, June 21, 2013 at the Mountain City Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m Saturday, June 22, 2013 at the Mountain City Funeral Home with Pastor Roy Dowell to officiate. Graveside Service and Interment will follow the funeral service from the Rash-Snyder Cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
