Rick T. Fenner

Ricky Thomas Rick' Fenner, age 59, of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2013 at his residence. He was born on September 30, 1954 to the late Gail and Thelma Fenner and had lived in Johnson County all of his life. Rick was a former football player for JCHS, loved UT football, and enjoyed refereeing basketball and football. He attended Central Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Trudy Fenner Potter. Rick is survived by his daughters: Trista Wilson and husband Jesse, Ericka Roark and husband Aaron, Chelsea Fenner and fiance Aaron Crowder; Son: Ricky Fenner; Brother: Roger Fenner and wife Jennie; granddaughter: Clara Wilson; Nieces: Davina Younce, Leticia Potter, and Cassandra Pusateri. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 PM on Monday, November 18, 2013 from the Mountain City Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Rick Thomason officiating. The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 pm prior to the service. Graveside Service and Interment will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at the Phillippi Cemetery. Pallbearers will be David Potter, Roger Fenner, Tim Fenner, Mike Phillippi, Steven' Puddy' Pardue and Larry Hutchinson. Honorary pallbearers are: Jesse Wilson, Aaron Roark, Aaron Crowder, John Younce, Ralph Stout and the TSSAA referees. At other times, the family will receive friends at the home of Rick's daughter, Trista Wilson, 337 Hospital Hill Road, Mountain City, TN 37683.
