Carol Hutchinson

Carol Sue Hutchinson, age 56, of Bristol, Tennessee, was called home by her heavenly Father on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at the Bristol Regional Medical Center. She was born on March 28, 1957 to Jane Hutchinson and the late Robert Glen Hutchinson. In addition to her father, Carol was preceded in death by a special niece, Jessica Blevins. Carol loved the Lord and her family above all else. She enjoyed football and was an avid UT Fan. She also enjoyed basketball and TV game shows. She was a member of Avoca Christian Church. Carol is survived by her beloved mother, Jane Hutchinson; sister and brother-in-law, Joyce and Richard Blevins; brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Sandra Hutchinson; brother, Randy Hutchinson; brother-in-law, Tracy West; very special friends whom she loved like family, Bill and Karen Collins, Rachel and Henry Perdue; Uncles and Aunts: Jim and June Hutchinson, C.B. Hutchinson, Hazel Hutchinson; several cousins, and all of her friends from the Bristol Post Office, where she worked for 32 years. Funeral Service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at the Harmon Chapel Christian Church with Minister Howard Taylor to officiate. Special music will be provided by Narrow Road. The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Graveside Service and Interment will follow the funeral in the Blevins Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Johnny Hutchinson, Terry Hutchinson, Tom Hutchinson, Brian Hutchinson, Henry Perdue and Russell Humphreys. The family wishes to extend their gratitude and appreciation to the Bristol Regional Medical Center ICU Nurses, Critical Care Team, Dr. Doug Green and Dr. John Green.
