Charlotte Josephine Davis, age 64, of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, August 3, 2014 at the Johnson City Medical Center. She was born on August 21, 1949 to the late Joseph and Helen Stumpf. Charlotte is survived by her children: Stacie Conder of Mountain City, TN and William Bill' Davis of Seattle, WA; sisters: Denise Kapel and Bev Sams; brothers: Jeffrey Stumpf, Jo Stumpf and George Stumpf; grandchildren: Gabriella Ella', Marlayna Marly', Noah, Colleen, Seth and Gavan Conder and several nieces and nephews.
