Hope Eleanor LeBrun, age 80, of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, November 8, 2014. She was born on January 2, 1934 to the late Charles and Mary Aldridge Johndro. Hope attended Atlanta Union College where she earned her degree in nursing. She worked for many years as a Registered Nurse. She loved music, especially religious music and had written many songs. She was very active in church and school activities. Hope was very proud of her prison ministry and had been writing back and forth to with over ninety inmates. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Hope was well loved by everyone who knew her and will be deeply missed. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Eugene D. LeBrun; daughter, Jacklyn Cushing LeBrun; son, Jim LeBrun; brother, Harry Johndro, twelve grandchildren; ten great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service for Hope will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 15, 2014 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church with Minister Mitch Minich to officiate.
