Tessa Montague

Tessa Tymothi Montague, age 21 of Mountain City, Tennessee, and formerly of New Jersey, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 2, 2015. She was born March 10, 1994 in New Brunswick, New Jersey to Mark Heerschap and Lynnedae Montague. Tessa is preceded in death by a brother, Christopher Heerschap; step father, Phillip Frey, and by her maternal grandfather, Arthur Montague. She was a 2012 graduate of Toms River High School South in New Jersey. Tessa was employed at McDonald's of Mountain City. She is survived by her mother, Lynn Montague-Frey of Beachwood, NJ; father, Mark Heerschap and wife Sharon of Summerville, SC; sisters: Emily Heerschap of SC, Aryn Montague, Elizabeth Montague and Heather Small, all of NJ; brothers: John Heerschap and Gabriel Heerschap of SC, maternal grandmother, Lynda Mountford of Beachwood, NJ; paternal grandparents, Judy and Walt Heerschap of Mountain City, TN; aunt and uncle, Yvonne and Joseph Caruso. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday, April 6, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. from the First United Methodist Church of Mountain City with the Rev. Ritchie Hayes officiating.
