Marilyn Louise Kelley Bass

Marilyn Louise Kelley Bass, age 84, passed away on Friday, September 25, 2015 at the Mountain City Care Center. She was born on November 6, 1930 in Boston, MA to the late Harold and Myrtle Kelley. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bass was preceded in death by her loving husband, Samuel Bass; brother, Harold; and a sister, Phyllis A. Blue (Bob). Mrs. Bass moved to Chicago as a young girl and lived there all of her adult life until about a year ago. She was a homemaker and a devoted mother. Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Sharon, two sons: David and Frank (Cindy), grandchildren: Zachary (Brittany), Emily Roberts (Jason), and Sarah; great grandsons: Landon and Elliot Roberts; sister, Elaine J. Rogers (Bill) and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service and interment will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 28,2 015 at the Acacia Park Cemetery, Norridge, IL.
