Rosalie Helga South, age 52, of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 19, 2015. She was born in Munich, Germany to Philip Winters and the late Helga Roth Winters. In addition to her mother, Rosalie was preceded in death by a sister, Susan Lipford and grandchild, Camren Dishman. Rosalie had a special bond and love with all of her family. She loved her girls and grandchildren very much and enjoyed spending time with them. Rosalie loved flowers and her animals, especially cats. She was a kid at heart during Christmas time and took great pride in her Christmas village that she set up at her home. She was a graduate of Johnson County High School. She is survived by her father, Philip Winters and his wife Margaret; daughters: Tenica Dishman and husband Joey, Tiffany South and fiancé Bobby Dunn; sister, Monika Burgess and husband Michael; brother, Helmit Roth; grandchildren: Avery Dishman, Eli Watson, Zyan Dishman, Zach Potter, Aden Price and Elijah Dunn.; niece, Heather Campbell and husband Scott and Vanessa Potter; best friend, Dean Winters; special friends: Becky Snyder, Lara Snyder and Patti Norris. Funeral Service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, October 22, 2015 at the Mountain City Funeral Home with Minister Bud Gentry officiating. Graveside Service and Interment will follow at the Winters Family Cemetery. Pallbearers are Michael Burgess, Bobby Dunn, Joey Dishman, Dean Winters, Jimmy South, and Bobby Joe Winters. The family will receive friends from 12-1:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. At other times, the family will receive friends at the home, 1911 Ackerson Creek Road, Mountain City, TN 37683.
