  Mary Wills Grindstaff, age 78, of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at the Johnson City Medical Center. She was born on June 20, 1937 to the late Earl and Ollie Lucille Eggers Wills.  In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her first husband, Carl Stuart and her second husband, Edward 'Ed' Grindstaff.    She was an active member of First Baptist Church, the WMU and Fidelis Sunday School Class. She had a servant spirit and was always volunteering and helping in the various church functions, activities and community outreach programs.  Mary enjoyed cooking and was always baking goodies for her church family and neighbors.    Mary is survived by her brothers: Jimmy Wills and wife Joan of Mountain City, TN, Gale Wills and wife Tanya of Pahokee, FL and David Wills and wife Janice of Claremont, NC; nieces and nephews:  Earl Wills, Jamie McCarron, Nina Walker, Hal Wills, Pat Wills, Teresa Taylor and Sarah Prencipe; special friends:  Stella Rose Tester, Nancy Wills, Russell and Lucy Lewis, Leta Lewis and all of her church family.   The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 26, 2015 at the Mountain City Funeral Home. Funeral Service will follow at 12:00 p.m. with Pastors Ricky Campbell and Harry Wills officiating.  Graveside Service and Interment will follow at the Rock Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, Butler, TN.  Pallbearers will be Joe Ray, Larry Henson, Bob Dyson, Terry Jordon, Jerry Jordan and Pat Wills.  Honorary pallbearers are Bobby Wills, Sammy Wilson and John Payne.   In lieu of flowers, memorials in Mary's memory may be made to the Rock Springs Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, c/o Dean Campbell, 891 RD Campbell Road, Butler, TN 37640 or Phillippi Cemetery, c/o Dinah Jeffries, 264 West Holy Hill Road,  Mountain City, TN 37683.   Condolences may be sent to the family at www.mountaincityfh.com.
