Vernay Winebarger

  Due to inclement weather, the Memorial Service for Vernay has been rescheduled to Thursday, January 28, 2016.     Vernay Cannon Stanley Winebarger, age 42, of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at her residence. She was born on October 27, 1973 to Eddie Baines and the late Candace Ford Stout.    Vernay was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, daughter and friend.   In addition to her father, Eddie, Vernay is survived by her husband DJ Winebarger; grandmother, Beulah “Boba” Stout; daughters: Haley Vernay Stanley Winebarger and Elizabeth Carol Stanley; sons:  Tyler Stanley and Casey Ryan Stanley; step brothers:  Eddie Baines Jr. and Jason Baines; granddaughter, Kaylee Stanley; special friends:  Linda Winebarger, Tommy Johnson, Shasta Brittany Phillips, Shelia Forrester, Jason and Jessica Vanover and Ivy Summers:  several cousins, nieces and nephews.   The family will receive friends from 4-5:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 28,2 016 at the Mountain City Funeral Home with a memorial service to follow at 5:00 p.m. with Pastor Steven Spencer officiating.   In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.   At other times, the family will receive friends at the home, 332 Laurel Road, Mountain City, TN.   Condolences may be sent to the family online at www.mountaincityfh.com.
