Wilma Jean Guy

     Wilma Jean Guy    Wilma Jean Clawson Guy, age 85, of Butler, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, February 12, 2016 at the Mountain City Care Center. She was born in Carter County, TN on July 25, 1930 to the late John Raleigh Clawson and Maude Campbell Clawson.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Guy, two daughters; Mary Katherine Guy and Joyce Greene, one son, James E. Guy, Jr., two sisters; Yvonne Morgan and Evelyn Stanton, one brother, Sherrill Clawson.     Wilma loved gardening, flowers and keeping house. She enjoyed being with her family and will be truly missed by all who knew her. Wilma was a member of Piney Grove (Poga) Church of Christ.   She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Lowe of the home,  sons; Chris D. Guy of the home and Bobby Guy and wife Nancy of Butler, TN; one sister, Ella Mae Dugger of Butler, TN; sixteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, special nephews, Carl Cable and Opal Cable and several other nieces and nephews, special friend Larry Tester.     Memorial service will be Thursday, February 18, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Piney Grove (Poga) Church of Christ with Dean Estep officiating.   Friends may call at the home anytime at 1209 Poga Rd., Butler, TN 37640.
