Beulah Greer

Beulah Mae Greer, age 63, of Damascus, Virginia and formerly of Laurel Bloomery, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2016.  She was born on October 25, 1952 to the late Ron and Bertha Alice Fritts.  In addition to her parents, Beulah was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Dean Greer, who passed away on July 16, 2014 and a brother, Elmer Fritts.  Beulah was an avid animal lover, and especially loved her dog Daisy and her granddogs, Emme, Annabelle, Honey Bear, and Lucky.  She was a very kind person who loved the Lord and her family with all of her heart. Beulah is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Andy and Mary Beth Greer and Bobby Greer; brothers:  Ernest Fritts and Earl Fritts and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 1, 2016 at the Mountain City Funeral Home Chapel with the funeral service following at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Mike Bowers officiating.  Graveside Service and Interment will follow at the Stateline Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Dean Gentry, Justin Gentry, Steve Carlton, Robbie Carlton, Roger Morefield and Mark Carlton and Michael Conners.  Honorary pallbearer is Darrius Carbary.
