Brittany Carroll

Brittany Shantel Puckett Carroll, age 25, of Mountain City, TN passed away on Friday August 5, 2016 at the Bristol Regional Medical Center. She was born on January 10, 1991 in Boone, NC. Brittany graduated from Johnson County High School and went on to receive a degree with Ultimate Medical Academy for Medical Administrative Assistant. She loved to draw and especially enjoyed spending time with her kids and going to the park. Brittany is survived by her mother, Sheila Trivett Richardson of Damascus, VA; father, Bradley Scott Puckett of Damascus, VA; fiancé, Isiah Ross; three children:  Paiten Elexis Carroll, Zaeden Nehemiah Scott Ross and Teighlor Maddie Ross; maternal grandparents:  Edna Louise Brown Trivett of Mountain City, TN and Jimmy Gerald Trivett of Damascus, VA: paternal grandparents:  Carolyn Sue Blevins Puckett and Bradley K. Puckett of Damascus, VA; great grandmother, Dorothy Rouse Blevins; two brothers:  Duane Eric Trivett and Jonathan Andrew Trivett; aunts and uncles:  Doug and Amanda Puckett, Jessica and Kevin Fritts, Toni and Anthony Keller, Larry C. and Dee Dee Johnson and her special aunt Wanda (Mi Mi) Blevins; one niece, Sophia Elizabeth Ann Trivett; several cousins and special cousin and her family, Kim, Donald, Abby and Timothy Potter and cousins Hannah and Isabella Puckett. She was preceded in death by her husband Jeremiah Carroll and her uncle, Wayne ‘Papa’ Blevins. The family will receive friends from 3-5:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at Mountain City Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 5:00 p.m. with Randy Smith to officiate. Graveside service and burial will follow from Mock Cemetery, Damascus, VA. Pallbearers will be Doug Puckett, Kevin Fritts, Anthony Keller, Eric Trivett, Donald Potter and Preston Ross.  Honorary pallbearers are Andrew Trivett, Randy Blevins, Johnny Osborne, Brian Cook, Bradley Cook, Tom Fizer, Ronnie Phillips, Ryan Tipton and Travis Ellison.
