Christine Louise Matherly

Christine Louise Matherly, age 51, of Elizabethton, TN passed away on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 in Bluff City, TN.  She was born May 19, 1966 to the late Donna Burress McGann and James McGann.  Christine was a former employee of North American Rayon and Star Building. She enjoyed the outdoors especially taking the dogs out for a walk and swim. Christine also enjoyed riding motorcycles with Michael. She leaves behind her daughter, Tara Potter, son, Travis Hemry, step-son, Shawn Dugger, fiancé and soul mate, Michael Dugger, father, James McGann and wife Judy, sisters, Cherie Barnett and Chandy Allison, brother, Darren McGann, grandchildren, Luke Carter, Abel Morgan,  Emma Paramore, Amya Hemry, step-grandchild, Amora Dugger, nieces, Lasharta Pearson, Ashley Allison, Kayla Allison, Autumn Allison, Cheyenne McGann and Sierra McGann, nephews, Christopher McGann, Dakota McGann, Denver McGann, Charles E. Stuart, Adorian Pearson, Amari Pearson and Ayden Stuart, great nieces, Aiden Allison and Kamryn Myres, and especially her four legged companion, Kane.   A memorial service will be held at 6 :00 PM on Sunday, March 11, 2018 from Mountain City Funeral Home.\Condolences may be sent to the family through our website at www.mountaincityfh.com.
